- Farm House Gem on 3 acres only 15 minutes to Downtown Nashville and all the Fun. Opry Mills Mall for great shopping is only about 10 minutes away and 5 minutes to Nashville International Airport. This home is self sufficient with everything you need to feel at home. 24/7 access, washer and dryer and a huge driveway with plenty of parking for a trailer or boat. This is a duplex with upstairs apt. The master bedroom has a queen bed and full tub shower combination master bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. There is a large spacious living room for relaxing after a fun day on the town. A nice comfortable recliner and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. A queen blow up mattress available upon request.
Also, there is a pack-n-play and highchair available upon request for little ones.
