Very clean. Comfortable beds. The location was good for our group as we like to walk to as many places as possible and we were able to walk to restaurants and downtown. Condo was clean located just down the road from downtown. Took us 3 minutes to get there via car. Like any large city you turn one way down the road it’s nice the other direction not the best. It was perfectly located for us to reach softball in Drakes park but also to enjoy downtown Nashville. Accommodations were comfortable. They only allot for one vehicle to be parked in the parking lot. Most of the property was clean, but the floors were dirty and there was dried puke on the Jack and Jill door separating the upstairs bedrooms. The water pressure is also terrible. The rental was a short drive to downtown which was nice. Overall, the rental wasn't terrible, but we certainly felt it was overpriced based on what we saw. ##### John A.
