Gulch South - 4BR home with rooftop deck - One of the best Nashville locations

We have a beautiful 4 bedroom home professionally decorated in the highly desirable Gulch South neighborhood in Nashville. Our location is ideal and is in one of the most desirable parts of Nashville. Restaurants, breweries and night life are walking distance and just a few blocks away. Every bedroom in this home has access to an en suite bathroom. In addition to the 4 bedrooms, the main living room and media room have pullout sofas for a total of 6 beds. The media room on the 3rd floor has 1 large roof top deck and two smaller decks. There is a 75 inch TV in the main living room and a 65 inch TV in the media room. There are beautiful downtown city views of Nashville from both front and back decks.

We are about as close as you can get to Downtown Nashville and the Gulch and be in a 4 bedroom home. You can easily walk the 3 or 4 blocks to the Gulch. We are less than a mile from Broadway in downtown Nashville (very short Uber or Lyft ride). We are a great location if you are coming in town to do anything from visiting the most trendy restaurants to watching a Nashville Predators Hockey game or Tennessee Titans Football game. Our home is professionally decorated with extremely comfortable beds and furniture. A two car attached garage provides privacy and spot to keep your vehicles. We have additional dedicated parking for two more cars in the driveway as well as street parking out front.

We have a beautiful home in the perfect location for your Nashville trip!

We really enjoyed our stay during a short trip to Nashville. The location is unbeatable and David/Jenni were able to accommodate a late check out due to a late flight, which was amazing.

The most wonderful stay!

Jennie and David were the most lovely, responsive, helpful hosts—we felt very well taken care of throughout our entire stay. The house itself was immaculate and well-stocked with towels, toiletries, and kitchen necessities. The location is very accessible to anywhere you might want to visit in the city, especially by Uber. We would definitely recommend staying in this amazing home!

Nashville Celebration

Spent a long weekend in Nashville celebrating a special birthday with family. The property was awesome and allowed us to enjoy the Nashville experience - great restaurants, bars and family fun. Beautiful home with high end amenities in a perfect location. Rooftop patio overlooking the city was a great addition for relaxing and spending time together with our group. Perfect placement!

The property location was within a 10 min drive from most of Nashville's major attractions. Accommodations were pretty close to perfect for me and my 3 brothers for our reunion vacation. Very well appointed kitchen, super comfortable beds, large high res TVs, wonderful outdoor space and very peaceful, secure neighborhood. We loved it! This property we'll be at the top of our list for all return visits!
