The house was very spacious for the amount of people in our party and very close to all of the fun things to do in Nashville. 3 min Uber ride to lower broadway and all nice restaurants downtown. The upstairs shower was absolutely beautiful.

#### Amazing View!
This property was absolutely perfect for out large group to celebrate a milestone birthday. Initially we thought the separated floors/levels would be an issue but it worked perfectly for the different families/friends. By far, the rooftop firepit area was the best part of the home. The view was gorgeous and provided a perfect place to entertain before and after being downtown. The beds were comfortable, amenities were just as promised and communication was always prompt when we reached out. The location was not as far from downtown as we originally thought either. Uber rides were only $8 but many in our group walked (during the daytime). There is also a great breakfast spot (two blocks away), a fantastic coffee shop (three blocks away) and fast food nearby. We could not have asked for a better experience - everyone was extremely happy with everything the house had to offer. Will definitely rent again if we go back.

The house was very nice and clean. The kitchen had plenty of space and everything we needed. The seating in the living room needs a little updating, and more seating would be nice. Overall we would recommend.

#### Little issues, nothing major
The king bed on the 3rd floor was comfortable and so were the pillows. Great shower. The other people that stayed said the 2 beds in the other room on the 3rd floor were comfortable too. Rooftop area has great views of the city, and was breezy and comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with whatever you could need. Location is a short drive to Broadway with many restaurants nearby. When we arrived we noticed several minor things and took pics and sent an email to info@krstays.com and did not get a response. 3rd floor bathroom door handle in the room with 2 queens fell off when trying to open the door from inside the bathroom. The pieces holding the curtain rods in the living room area on 2nd floor were almost pulled out of the wall on one side and were bent down over both windows. One of the sliding barn doors on the 2nd floor was cracked horizontally in half. The couch had a piece if metal sticking thru the back near the top. There was balloon pieces and tape/sticky residue on the wall in the kitchen. It was still an enjoyable stay with no major inconveniences, but it would've been nice to get an acknowledgement of our e-mail. We would stay again.
