This newly renovated and newly furnished unit is centrally located in the Berry Hill District, within walking distance to some of the best eateries and shopping that Nashville has to offer. Downtown Nashville is only a quick Uber away, with other major attractions easily accessible. Perfect for 1-4 guests, with free parking and seasonal pool access.

Property is a fixed up old motel behind a liquor store with a stinky dumpster. Room smells musty when you walk in. Bed is comfortable. No bath soap/wash. Shampoo and Conditioner provided. Nice big refrigerator and redone kitchen. Entrance was dark and dirty. Inside room was clean and updated.

Very nice and clean but had a cockroach
3rd day there and a giant cockroach ran from bed area. I emailed the management and they offered to send pest control. I declined as our trip was almost over and I was afraid exterminating would cause other cockroaches to come out

Convenient, affordable
Given the pricing, we were amazed with how well-furnished the unit was. Check-in/out was easy and detailed well. Location was fantastic and we could get to just about anywhere in Nashville within a 10-minute drive. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay without breaking the bank.

Wonderful Stay!
My husband and I stayed here for a five day vacation and it was the perfect place for us. Not only was it decorated perfectly, but was very cozy and so close to everything. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Cozy, clean, convenient!
Just the size and location for our stay as we were in town to check out Belmont. A short drive from the airport, a few minutes walk to food and shopping, and less then 10 minutes drive to Belmont. Megan and Richard had everything we could need plus some we didn’t know we would. Wonderful hosts. Thank you for making our stay stress free!

Fun in Nashville
Our stay was fantastic! The studio is perfect for two people. Just enough room for us and in a beautiful and safe 12 South neighborhood! Adorable decor and clean and refreshing pool too! 12 South is great (Love Bartaco and the Frothy Monkey!) and just a short drive to downtown. We took a cab one night and it was a quick 10 minute drive and $15 . Megan was amazing and communication and directions were spot on. Would highly recommend and would stay again.
