Very friendly staff. The room was missing a hair dryer. The front desk was quick to bring up one for us.

All the staff from check in, valet, housekeeping, and people working in the breakfast are were very friendly and personable. The rooftop bar was a nice way to end the evening. The hotel was easy walkable distance to the Gulch and Music Row yet far enough away when you wanted to get away from the craziness and noise.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It’s close enough to the “action” but far enough from all the noise. Staff was polite, friendly. Their breakfast complimentary was also really good. I’ll give it 4.5 out of 5!

The property is surrounded by construction. It's very noisy. The tile in the hotel bathroom was loose.

The hallways were super humid and smelled like chlorine. The rooms were big and spacious but no extra pillows or blankets. No glass ware was provided. Place was in a decent location at the Gulch.
