• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. The property was spacious with enough room for girls to get dressed and relax during downtime. The Taylor Swift design was cool. We had a blast in Nashville. Down side was jacuzzi was absolutely disgusting. Dirty, slimy, and puke on the cover. We reached out to property management and they said they send someone over right away. That never happened. There was no pillowcases on half the pillows. We really look for VRBO with jacuzzi because we live that part of vacation. To compensate gor no jacuzzi they didn’t charge us for late check, which was appreciated but was not sufficient for not have the jacuzzi for the weekend. There was what looked like dried blood on one of the mattresses. This property has so much potential if cleanliness was more of a priority. With that being said we had an amazing time with a few bumps in the road.

#### Wish we would have stayed somewhere else
The house was dirty upon arrival. The floors were sticky throughout, the bathrooms were dirty, and there were next to no trash cans available. Most of the furniture in the house is broken, and the balcony gets so hot during the day it cannot even be utilized. Aside from all of that, we booked this house specifically for use of the hot tub. It was not functional our entire stay. Alan was quick ask us to stay another night for more money, but was very delayed in responses regarding the issues of our stay. Nor was anything offered for the inconveniences or the dirty and unmanned home.

If you’re looking for a place that is not in downtown Nashville, this will be the place for you. It’s a short 10 minute drive into the city, with Uber’s being very reasonably priced. The place was very clean and the view from the rooftop was out of this world. Our host was very responsive with any questions we had.

#### Nice and comfortable just 10 minutes from just about everything which was perfect.
The hot tub added a lot of value, not to mention the incredible view from the roof top. Allen and his team were prompt in responding to all of my questions. Would recommend.
