Issues such as lack of silverware in one house, elevator door stuck and not operable, and a broken lower dishwasher rack which prohibited its use were examples, which were all addressed by the host during the stay. The bottom line is that all house issues should have been found and rectified before our visit. The beds and bedrooms were excellent, and both houses easily fit our group of 9, both for dining and hanging out. The rooftops are also a great plus. ##### barry c.
