Lovely Hotel, Convenient Location

Posted 09-Jun-2017
Rooms were clean, neat, and tidy. Hotel was conveniently located near restaurants and local attractions within walking distance. Hotel also provided continental breakfast each morning. Staff at the front desk was polite and very accommodating. I will definitely stay there again.

Gross, but comfortable

Posted 16-May-2017
Pros: The bed was comfortable.
Cons: Major remodel.
Location: Opryland, Convention Center, Country Music Hall of Fame
Front desk staff were very distracted and unorganized during check-in. They initially could not find the reservation even with a confirmation number. Front desk area was very dingy and unkept. If you are concerned with aesthetics, the rooms are stuck in the 50s-60s. The bedspread was a thin, goldenrod blanket (not thick enough to be a comforter), there was no closet, (rack hung on wall with an ironing board attached), only one curtain. It would be nice to have a sheer one when you are on ground level so that you can see have it closed but still see the sun, phone didn't work and there were only two lamps for light. Room cleanliness was gross. There was a hole in the wall from water damage. Mold around the bathtub and hair in the tub. When we complained about it, they handed us a bottle of cleaner and a rag. The bed, however was fairly comfortable.

Find another place

Cons: Cleanliness, fixing damaged rooms, not renting rooms that are not clean and/or damaged. More nutritious selection of breakfast items.
I've stayed at other Days Inn and had been satisfied as they were moderately priced but quiet and clean. When we went into our room, there was a fist sized hole in the bathroom door & the inside doorknob was falling out of the socket. If you shut the door, you weren't going to get out! We were informed that they were unaware of the condition of the room and, since they were fully booked, there were no other rooms available. Breakfast consisted of small pastries, some mix of cereal, bread. There is a go cart track and mini golf right next to the hotel. Very noisy until early morning. While packing our car to leave, another guest told us their experience was similar to ours...dusty rooms, etc. I cannot recommend this hotel.

We had an excellent overnight stay to attend a concert. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and conversational, gave us a lot of ideas of what to see in Nashville

Over priced and in relatively poor condition. The first room they offered was small and bed was a double not even queen sized. I do not think it should be offered on your web site. Your over all rating of 3 for this facility was misleading.

On the outskirts of Nashville.

The overall experience at this hotel was very good. Just up the road from Grand Ole Opryland the mall and lots of amenities near by. The McDonald's is a very cool and older store.

Not Good

Posted 02-May-2017
Pros: NOTHING
Cons: Everything needs to be updated and refurbished.
Location: Great area, too bad the hotel hasn't been kept up.
Bathroom is small, the bathroom sink was really slow to drain, was afraid to take a shower because of the drains going down slow. Halls and rooms need to be painted.
