Too noisy

Too closets elevator and you could hear everyone talking in and out of it. Who ever stayed on that floor had a party outside in the hall way and nobody ever came up to clear it out.

Pros: niente
Cons: tutto. Basterebbe avere un direttore che conosca il mestiere e un proprietario disposto ad investire.
Location: la posizione dell'hotel era comoda rispetto al centro congressi vicino, altre attrazione non ci sono se non spostandosi in auto.
Prima ancora di arrivare in hotel, cosa che abbiamo fatto alle 17, l'albergo aveva già provveduto ad incassare tutti i soldi dell'intero soggiorno che sarebbe stato di sei giorni. Le stanze e la struttura erano sporchi e trasandati, la colazione ridicola offerta su 8 tavolini minuscoli per un totale di sedici seggiole, per una struttura che può ospitare oltre centoventi persone, Le porte estremamente rumorose sia all'apertura che alla chiusura, i bagni estremamente piccoli, con il lavabo nella stanza. Dopo poco appariva chiaro del rchè l'albergatore aveva incassato tutti i soldi subito: ea l'unica condizione per tenerci nell'hotel.

Affordable option for Opryland

The quality of the hotel room that I stayed in was good, offering me the same experience as other more expensive hotels in the area. The hallways, bathrooms and decor is dated, but I have stayed in older looking hotels. My room was clean and the heating/AC worked. The hotel does say that it will be remodeling within the next few months. I would stay at this hotel again when trying to find an affordable room. I like being able to take the shuttle to downtown that they offer through a third party.

I should have known this wasn't going to be a good experience when we walked in the door. I booked online with one credit card and asked the manager if we could put the hold on my other card. He assured me that no holds were put on the original card. The amount for the stay was taken off the second card. I checked my credit card acct online this morning to find that both cards were charged. I had to call the hotel twice just to get the person at the desk to tell me they had to send an email and they would call me back ASAP. I haven't heard anything and I'm not happy. Our room was just ok. It wasn't super clean, the bed was uncomfortable, the TV was small, and you could tell there has been water damage to the walls from the shower. The only appeal to this hotel is that it allows pets and is close to Opryland.

Close to attractions, terrible accommodations.

The facility was old and not kept up very well. When we walked in, we could smell the smoke from the smoking rooms. When I looked over head, I could see the air filters were filthy and I clearly hadn't been cleaned or changes in quite some time. My granddaughter dropped something on the floor between the bed and the wall. When she got down to pick it up, she saw trash and dust/dirt under the bed. House keeping never came to clean the room or bring fresh towels. The free WiFi only worked intermittently. Strongly suggest not staying there!

Place to sleep nothing more in Nashville

The man on the front desk at night was wonderful. Very nice, offering great advice on places to visit and was great about switching me to a non smoking room when I had accidentally booked a smoking room. If just a bit of attention was paid to the upkeep of this location, it would be an excellent value of a place to stay in Nashville. I had to kill several bugs in the room and there was mildew in the shower. The outside security door is broken and I had problems several times accessing my room and had to have the key reprogrammed. Place to sleep in Nashville, nothing more. The man at the front desk is the only saving grace for this hotel.

The gentlemen at the desk helped in every way he could no matter what we needed. Hotel was clean, had everything we needed. Refrigerator, microwave and quiet. All the staff was very nice.

In need of a deep clean.

I just didnt feel it was very clean. The carpets by the bathroom were stained or just dirty I couldn't really tell. The sink would clog up every time it was used. The toilet wouldn't flush. The bathroom was way to small. The beds were even smaller! The fire alarm was just hang by stings,you could see a hole behind it.

TV wasn't working well. Internet inoperable. Hotel needs structure maintainence. Elevator was nasty
