Cozy getaway in Franklin

Cozy three bedroom, two bathroom house, with a large green area and plenty of outdoor living space. The space includes a large living room with 16 ft. vaulted ceilings. All bedrooms feature comfy, queen size beds. Master suite is very spacious with large en suite bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with cooking supplies and a gas stove. The most appealing part of this property is definitely the outdoor living area. With amenities such as a fire pit, grill and a bar on a large deck, you will be tempted to spend most of your time outside. Whether playing cornhole or just relaxing with friends you'll be able to soak up some of Tennessee's natural beauty. When you do decide to get out the location is very convenient, located right off Interstate 65. You will be only about 10 minutes from historic downtown Franklin and Civil War battlefields. When it's time to go honky tonking, Nashville only about a 20 minute ride. So whether you're looking for a quiet weekend, to rub elbows with country music super stars or a night at the Opry let our home be yours!

Great place to stay!
Here for a conference and family’s first time in a vacation rental. It was great! The location is minutes away from everything you need and close enough to Nash but not too close. The back patio was delightful! We enjoyed our stay!

The house is a cozy place. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels and the washer and drier were convenient The living room was a nice place to hang out in the evenings. The lighting in the kitchen was not the best but the rest of the house was good.

Beautiful Home
We had a great stay. The bed was super comfortable and this home had everything we needed for our visit to celebrate our granddaughter’s first birthday. The neighborhood was quiet and nice for walking. We hope to be back soon.

Dickens Festival in Franklin - Sisters trip
The house was great for 4 sisters to spend the weekend. Very convenient to downtown Franklin and Nashville. Kitchen was well equipped & porch was a good size to hang out on. Big tv in living room was a great place to unwind after a day at Dickens Christmas in Franklin.

Perfect location in Franklin!
This was the perfect place to enjoy all of Nashville. Downtown Nashville was a convenient drive away but we were able to enjoy a quiet spot away from the hustle and bustle.
