The carpets are heavily soiled and stained, the walls are marked with fingerprints, and the blinds and curtains are in poor condition. The bathtub is cracked, and there are signs of neglect such as spiders and webs in the toilets. The washroom door is missing or broken, and the furniture throughout is cheap and worn. The yard is overgrown and has not been maintained for some time. Unfortunately, the issues extend beyond the property itself. The surrounding neighborhood is in poor shape, with graffiti on fences and other surfaces, groups of unsupervised youths, and neighbors openly smoking marijuana. The overall atmosphere feels unsafe and unwelcoming, giving the impression of a neglected frat house.
