The expansive 3,000 sq. ft. layout features a dining area to your left, while the large, comfortable living room—with a gas fireplace and ample seating—offers the perfect setting for cozy evenings or relaxed movie nights with popcorn.
From the dining area, a hallway guides you to two bedrooms. The first room features two full-size beds, perfect for a sleepover with long, lost cousins or a girls’ retreat. The spacious adjacent room has a queen-size bed and large closet. A full bathroom near the kitchen serves this side of the house.

Leaving the hallway, you’ll find yourself in an impressive country kitchen, fully equipped with granite countertops and built to accommodate large gatherings. The central dining table, reminiscent of old-fashioned family meals, is in the heart of this space.
As you wander into the delightful sunroom from the kitchen, it is complete with an indoor waterfall fountain. Here, you'll enjoy views of the sprawling backyard and an in-ground pool, which is heated when needed. The expansive back deck enhances your outdoor experience with a six-person hot tub, large gas grill, and plenty of patio seating for everyone.

At the opposite end of the sunroom is the master bedroom, a generous space with its own private access to the back deck and pool. Featuring a queen-size bed and a small gas fireplace for a cozy ambiance, this room shares an over-sized bathroom with the fourth and final bedroom, which also offers a queen-size bed and plenty of room to spread out.

Country Resort is packed with features perfect for large groups or family reunions. Set on 5 acres of wooded land, the property also includes a horseshoe pit and a basketball hoop (please bring your own ball), along with a selection of indoor and outdoor toys and games.
