I wasn't sure when we got there, but when we went in, it was small, but comfy, very clean and cozy. The hall flooring was older, and a little squeaky, but everything else was good. The fenced-in back yard was amazing, we grilled out one night, and it was quiet and great. The kitchen had all the needed utensils, cookware, etc. that we needed. The owner provided all necessities needed (rare). The fenced backyard was large and nice. The only issue I had was that the trash can was not brought to the curb (animal made a mess). Life happens. I cleaned it up and took it to the curb and it was picked up next day. The showers and toilet are brand new and clean. The only issue is the porch bricks need fixed and outside needs TLC. This did not bother me. The yellow accents in living room are sweet; sofa comforting; tv large. I’d request suitcase stands in each room since there are no dressers. We checked in got unpacked left to meet friends for fireworks and came back to the master bath being soaked in water l messaged them immediately on the 4th and no response.
