The room and bathroom was very clean. The beds were comfortable and there was no traffic noise. The room did have a slight musty, moldy smell, but honestly it was a very good stay!

The room was clean. It was a quiet location. Breakfast area was clean. We took the stairs to our room and there was a nasty odor, but other than that, it was perfect for one nights stay.

Everyone downstairs is rude, except Lala. I’ve been able to check in early since I started booking a room here. On 4/21 the customer service was so bad that I left crying after working a 12 hour shift waiting for my room to be ready at 9A, no guest had stayed in the room prior to my arrival so I wasn’t sure why the employee did not allow me to check in. Last week I was charged $20 for early check in and yesterday one of the morning employees yelled at me like I was a child and stated I had to pay $40 now to check in. I’ve reported this hotel to corporate, please be aware.

Staying here was enjoyable. The staff was very helpful and nice. We got back to the hotel late at night and felt safe in the area. I also thought it was interesting there was a small old graveyard beside the parking lot.

I absolutely love staying here. The only issue i have is the cleaning staff is cleaning rooms before 11A and not courteous to others still sleeping in rooms connected to rooms being cleaned at awful times in the morning.

Very nice facility and helpful, friendly staff. It’s close to the main highway, but set back and quiet. Nice breakfast. Reasonable price. There’s a variety of food options nearby.

I liked that there was no deposit and we were able to find this place last minute. Easy check in and the front desk lady was very friendly. I disliked how rude staff members were right before check out time. We were rushed to leave right at the check out time but it was not past time yet. We were informed we would be charged $25 per hour past check out time, also the staff member had poor English and argued with my boyfriend.

When housekeeping was done apparently the sheets didn’t get changed bc there was a spot of blood on them. Other than that I loved the location . It was just two red lights away from my work. I didn’t have a place to live yet and stayed there . It was off from the road so there wasn’t a lot of road noise and easy parking . Staff was great.

The worse stay I have had in awhile
When I arrived, I told the front desk that extending my reservation was a possibility. He said, “No problem. Just come in before 9am if you extend and we will reprogram your key and save your room for you.” Within the hour, I extended my reservation. That man left and another man arrived for the night shift. He refused to reprogram my key, that night, even when I told him I did not want to wake up early and did not want to be disturbed. The hotel breakfast is abysmal. There are no bagels, toast, potatoes, meats, or fruits besides apples. The only thing they have is waffles, oatmeal, cereal, and hard-boiled eggs. The service is one-star. The breakfast is one-star, but there are fantastic rooms. The houskeeping did a nice job, but it still sucks.
