The decor was breath taking and the home was stocked with all the essentials making for a convenient and enjoyable stay. The floor to ceiling windows displayed amazing views to watch the sunrise and the large balcony allowed for a great gathering space with plenty of seating and privacy. We like the open concept. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything to use. The windows have great window shades you can raise and lower. The back deck balcony is beautiful! We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. We look forward to coming back. Everyone in the building was very friendly. The pool was nice and had great shade in certain times of the day. The queen murphy bed is downstairs (photos do not show where it is) within the brown cabinet. It was comfortable. However, a comforter should be provided. We ended up having to use 2 blackout curtains as blankets that we found in the closet for the Murphy bed. Oddly enough, it worked. It was weird, but it worked. Next time, we will remember to bring our own comforter. If you are assigned a parking spot, park in it. If someone else parks in your spot, good luck. There are signs stating the car in a wrong spot will get towed. They won’t get towed unless you call yourself, which we didn’t do, but we had to park elsewhere hoping we wouldn’t get towed. Vacasa was not helpful in that regard. It really didn’t matter. The signs are empty threats. The area around the building is nice. The place itself was great, it had just enough space for all of us without being on top of one another. The patio was definitely the highlight of the place, super big with lawn furniture, bags, and a table. The only con would be the cleanliness when we arrived. It seemed like a super quick cleaning job and there were a few things that were clearly left from previous stays. Floors were dirty and had a white powdery substance all over in various rooms. Mirror in bathroom was splashed with water spots, counter tops were very dirty, nothing had been dusted and the cabinet door handle and back door deadbolt both fell off when we opened them. Needs some serious attention and perhaps a new cleaning service or a checks and balance system to make sure it is clean. We were left one small roll of toilet paper for a 6 day stay and the toilet had toilet paper in it when we arrived indicating it wasn't flushed or cleaned! ##### Linda S. Everything was very clean. It was bright and spacious. The balcony was so spacious and comfortable. Great place to unwind with a beverage after a long day & night out. This unit has 1 king bed and 1 murphy bed, so good for 1 couple with 1 or 2 kids or possibly 2 couples. We were 3 single people so 2 of us had to share the king, so just be aware of that if you book here. The unit comes with a complete kitchen including coffee pot, toaster, and blender, and we used them all. The first two days we walked to Broadway and back - about 25 minutes each way. Definitely a walk for daytime only. Suggestion to the owner: be sure to leave enough daily supplies. There were no blankets for the murphy bed. There was only 1 beach towel. There were 2 small rolls of toilet paper (no Kleenex) for 3 of us staying 5 days. The management company did drop off these supplies quickly which was much appreciated. Located on 4th floor, HUGE balcony- great place to hang out! Well adorned kitchen. The apartment is a corner unit and a quiet spot in the building. Slept on couch which was comfortable. There is a pull-out bed in a chest but difficult to get set up. Furniture is quality. Close enough to walk to downtown if you choose. Would stay in this apartment again! Negatives: Rug in the apartment is filthy. Many stains on it. Shower caulk is cracked, moldy. There is a large outdoor sofa but the cushions leave a lot to be desired. Nothing on the lanai floor - no rugs which would have been nice. Broken glass from table top decor all over. There's a ton of opportunity on this lanai...opportunity I dont' think would be found in other apartments, so definitely a good place to improve on. Oven door was broken. Tried really hard to cook but the oven would not reach the desired temperature because the door doesn't close tight enough. Illume building: there was the same bag of garbage at the elevator x 3 days. No one picked it up. The pool was cloudy and dirty. There were half filled beer bottles at the entry x 3 days- they never were removed. The hallways were worn. Horrible smell in the hallways. Honestly, the apartment was so cute but the general building was worn and not taken care of. Convenient location to all the attractions (just on the outskirts so you could unwind). Loved the very large patio. It has everything you need to be comfortable.
