Themed for the late, great, iconic Johnny Cash, every inch of this gorgeous space pays homage to the country music legend and his love, June Carter. The Space: From the hand painted mural featured in the main living area, to the vibrant artwork and design elements highlighted throughout, you’ll fall in love with the rich character that this rental has to offer! The cherry on top is the divine location which is only 3 minutes from Downtown Broadway! ★Layout★ The lower level has a half bathroom, a queen bedroom with connected outdoor deck, and a full bathroom with walk in shower. The main level features the living room, kitchen, and balcony, with outdoor seating. The third level has a queen bedroom and king bedroom with a connected Jack and Jill bathroom with a tub shower combo, a half bathroom, and a bedroom with a queen over queen bunk bed. On this level you’ll also find the laundry room, and primary bedroom, which has a king bed, and a generous en suite bathroom with walk in shower. ★Parking★ There is room for two cars in driveway tandem parking. Garage is inaccessible. ★House Rules:★ During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time. We get that accidents happen – some more sober than others – and we want you to be aware of your Damage Waiver coverage should something get a little wild during your stay.
