Welcome to our newly renovated duplex, tastefully designed 2-bedroom, 1-bath home. Central location, 3-minute drive to MTSU. This cozy retreat offers an open living area with a smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen, and two chic bedrooms. There is one bathroom, with a washer and dryer. Located near MTSU, dining, shops, and local attractions, it`s the ideal choice for business or leisure travelers looking for comfort and convenience in Murfreesboro. Book your stay today!



As you step into the house, you walk into the living room and the kitchen. As you walk down the hallway, there is the single bathroom with the washer and dryer. At the end of the hallway are both bedrooms across from each other. They both have comfortable queen beds and smart t.vs.



*We are currently fencing in the backyard, but the other side of the duplex is being renovated and there is some construction debris on the other side of the duplex. It is not on this side, but can be seen.



Guests have access to the whole house. It is a duplex, so a wall is shared between the two units.



A $300 security deposit will be charged to your card by Ghossein Getaways two days before checkout. This amount will be automatically refunded within three days after your departure, provided there are no damages or issues.

Perfectly suited

We were visiting my daughter and usually stay in hotels. This was so much better! We each had our own bedroom and we were able to have family over for dinner just like being at home. Will be back for sure! And the owner was great to work with!!

My wife and I came into Murfreesboro to visit our son, who lives in Smyrna. We prefer to stay in Murfreesboro because of businesses in the town square. The location was great and beautiful, clean and as described. I would recommend it!
