The location was very convenient to downtown and worked fantastic for following and watching our marathon runner participate. The kitchen and living area was extremely comfortable and well-stocked. We especially appreciated the little touches of preparation, including snacks and drinks which made it feel like home from the minute we checked in. Everything was clean and new and as advertised in the listing. We got to spend some time with Gerri, who was super friendly and supportive. He made us like if we had any problems he would be there to help us out. However, we did not have any issues whatsoever. Convenient to all our Broadway activities and a quick 15 min ride from airport, photos do not do it justice. We had (7) 50+ ladies for a girls’ birthday weekend, bocce ball court out back, back gammon and a great open area upstairs, lovely gas fire place in living area as well as the rooftop deck. It was a bit chilly in the evenings so we spent most of our time sitting around the large dining table drinking wine and enjoying each other’s company. The host, Kathy, was there to welcome us and show us everything upon arrival, she was very responsive with questions. We feel blessed we were able to be the first guests in this beautiful home!
