Welcome to ArtHaus, a thoughtfully designed artist’s bungalow in East Nashville, filled with original paintings by your host and a warm, creative energy. Built in 1950 and full of character, this private home sits on a quiet, tree-lined street in Inglewood, one of Nashville’s most beloved neighborhoods.

Walk 5 minutes to Riverside Village for coffee, pizza, and neighborhood bars. Gallatin Pike, East Nashville’s main strip, is 2 minutes away by car, downtown and Broadway are about 10 minutes, and the airport is 15. You get the best of both worlds: a calm, residential retreat that’s close to everything Music City has to offer.

THE SPACE

I designed every room in this home with intention and creativity. It’s cozy, efficient, and a place you’ll actually want to spend time in, not just sleep in.

The living room is the heart of the house, with vaulted knotty pine ceilings, a glowing paper lantern pendant, emerald velvet curtains, and a deep sectional that seats the whole group. Settle in for a movie on the 55" smart TV with streaming apps, play music through the Sony Bluetooth speaker, or take the acoustic guitar off the wall and write your own Nashville song.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a real meal, from pots and pans to dishes and utensils. Coffee lovers will find both a drip coffee maker and a French press for slow mornings.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

The home sleeps 6 across three queen beds.

Bedroom 1: A queen bed with layered navy bedding, a nailhead leather headboard, and a gallery of original blue abstract paintings. Includes a 32" smart TV, closet, luggage rack, and coat hooks.

Bedroom 2: A queen bed and a 32" smart TV.

The Loft: Tucked above the kitchen under a pitched pine ceiling, the loft has a third queen bed, hanging greenery, and a little library of books to read. It’s reached by a ladder and can run warm since heat rises, so it may not suit young children, guests with limited mobility, or anyone who sleeps hot. For everyone else, it’s a storybook hideaway guests love.

The home has one full bathroom.

OUTDOOR SPACE

Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch or the private backyard deck, shaded by beautiful old trees. It’s a peaceful spot to unwind after a day of exploring.

GUEST ACCESS

You’ll have the entire home to yourself, including both bedrooms, the loft, the living room, the fully stocked kitchen, and the laundry room off the kitchen, which leads out to the backyard deck. Self check-in is easy with a keypad, and there’s free parking in the driveway.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Inglewood is a trendy, walkable pocket of East Nashville with a laid-back local feel. Walk to Dose Coffee, Sho Pizza Bar, Village Pub, and the rest of Riverside Village’s restaurants and bars. Head a little farther down Gallatin Pike or into Five Points for more dining, vintage shopping, and live music. When you’re ready for the honky-tonks, downtown and Broadway are a quick 10-minute ride away.
