There are 2 queen bedrooms and one the queen bedrooms boasts mahogany bookshelves flanked by 100-year-old IU hall columns. The third bedroom is a sleeping nook with a single bed. The kitchen is a true chef's dream, featuring chisel edge granite countertops & a stunning copper farmhouse sink that pairs perfectly with the stainless steel appliances & Italian subway tile. The living room is tastefully decorated with 2 loveseats and a swivel comfy chair and a 55" smart TV.
