Wish it was clean First, we loved the house and the location. It was within easy walking distance of Belmont University and several shops & restaurants. The neighborhood was nice and reasonably quiet. Our only problem was with the cleanliness of the place. It simply wasn't cleaned well before we arrived - dirt, trash, and fingernail clippings on the floor, hair on the pillows and in the shower, etc. The management company did send a cleaner out again our second day there and it was then cleaned to our satisfaction. But spending the first night sleeping in dirty beds was not an enjoyable experience. FYI - there are stains on the tile floor from some splashes of glue or sealer. Only issue was that the owner “Vacasa” didn’t answer my communications once I was checked into the unit. This would not be a good location for anyone with mobility limitations. The on-site, visitor spots I found were all for compact cars. There was crumbs in the pull out couch when we opened it. The shower drains slow and the floors were a little sus. The apartment is really nice other than those things, it’s close to most things people want to do in Nashville. Full size kitchen w all the things you need to make a meal. Comfy, quiet bedroom w blackout blinds. Full size W/D with detergent. Good water pressure in the shower and travel toiletries provided (so thoughtful). Shops and restaurants a few short blocks away. There is a bit of a staircase to the front door to be aware of (if you overpack your suitcase like me). Fantastic fast replies from owner/Vacasa. I will definitely stay here again!
