The rental was as described and was exactly as show in the pictures. Communication with host was top notch. Only thing is the neighborhood is a bit distressed but it is clear that developers are trying to revitalize the area. There is a really good breakfast spot right next door that is an absolute hidden gem! Having two bathrooms and a powder room made it easy to get ready. It is located in a residential neighbourhood so there are no nearby stores (closest gas station was 10-15 minute walk which I would not recommend you do alone at night) but ride share to downtown was only 10-15 USD. The place is starting to show some wear but I suspect this is due to others coming to Nashville for the same reason we were. There were a few small items missing that we needed but the hosts were prompt to drop them off. No issues with the wifi and lots of extra towels. Overall would recommend! ##### Austin Z. Lovely property. Fantastic location. Well stocked. It was a $6 Lyft ride to downtown (cheaper round trip than parking). Brewery and restaurants within walking distance. Definitely get some eats from the place next door - doesn’t look like much but it’s fantastic. We had an issue with hot water in showers when both were in use at the same time. One shower only running = hot water. There was a note in the listing g regarding road noise. There is a pretty significant amount of road noise - enough that there are ear plugs in the bathrooms. The only thing we felt like we were missing was a floor length mirror. We definitely could've used it to check our outfits prior to hitting Broadway, LOL. We had many things to do on this business trip and the location of this property made it all very possible! The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were a huge plus!
