It is exactly as described. In particular, we really appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, i.e., having everything one needs to cook or grill, including basic spices, etc. We also appreciated the filtered water feature. The hot tub is fantastic, we made a note-to-self of the brand because of how great it was compared to others we've used.
