The staff was courteous. On Monday night I stayed in a Marriott facility and it was filthy. I didn't have shower shoes and they put me in a handicapped room so I couldn't shower - had to take a sink bath - because I could not bear to have my feet touch the nasty shower floor. Lost power for three hours. No phone, no communication, no announcement or paper apology. They use text for valet and even though you are queued #1, they wait until you come down stairs before retrieving your car multiple times.
