I really liked that no one could drive into the guest parking lot unless they had a code for the gate. You get the code at check in. It made it very secure.

The locations was easy to get to and offered shuttle service to downtown Nashville. It cost $20 per person for the day. Which was well worth the money. Saving us from having to pay for parking which is very expensive. Not to mention driving downtown is very stressful. The best part of our stay was the staff, they provided exceptional service and made our stay more enjoyable.

Liked everything about our stay. The breakfast was delicious, the cocktail hour brought people together. It felt very safe and the manager was right there with his door open if we had any questions. Would definitely stay there again and I am not an easy person to please.

Overall, I think the hotel is a 7.5-8 that thinks it's a 10. Front desk was awesome. The free drink coupons perk was a pleasant surprise. The only elevator was on the opposite side of the hotel, which was a bit of a hassle. The parking lot security complete with gates was comforting. This was the only hotel I have used in recent years that actually NEEDED your license plate #. The room was nice, plenty of outlets & charging ports were convenient. Fridge did not have a thermostat and could have been a little colder. There were large gaps around the door and the halls were noisy. The courtyard was nice, but the spa was in need of a shock treatment as it had a green hue to it. Would recommend a darker tint or shades on the glass that lets the sunlight in. The lack of smoking areas was also a hassle. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

I enjoyed they had a hot tub. It was very nice after zip lining and climbing around at SOAR. Just a great way to end the day. Also the staff was phenomenal and very helpful with different eateries and restaurants in the area.

We had unusable Wi-Fi and no heat on a chilly night. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude when we brought it to her attention. She did send a maintenance man who got the heater to blow cold air. The check in was very pleasant. But the woman working around 8 p.m. was a piece of work

The rooms are nice and clean. They offer a nice variety of hot and cold food for breakfast. You also get tickets for 2 drinks and snacks per person per night which is a nice perk. We accidentally left a couple of things in our room and they will send them to us. A shuttle to downtown is available but it cost $20 per person for an all day pass

Barely no breakfast and no selection of anything so i didnt eat. checkin at 3pm and not a minute before. Theres nothing around to eat besides one mexican restaurant and everythijg very far to walk. Its expensive valet and off street parking is in contruction and cost alot of money as well so it alot of money to even have a car here with nothing to walk to.

The Clubs at Nashville was clean and affordable. It’s a little out of the way and hard to get to and from downtown but there is a shuttle available and Uber was always readily available too. Just make sure to plan it into your trip.
