"Rooms larger than usual very comfortable king size bed large side stand with refrigerator microwave nice hot water TV remote did not work probably needs. Batteries didn’t have any with me bed nightstand been turned off. Eliminate electricity to that bed nightstand have to find new electrical outlet to charge telephone or computer otherwise very excellent. Stay for the most reasonable price only 15 minutes from downtown Nashville. "

"Hotel concierge was too busy talking into his phone to get me the bag he was holding for me, just feet away. He just kept jabbering in Indian, I believe, and kept asking me to “wait a second.” Well, I waited many seconds, but I needed to get to the airport. Finally, I screamed, “Give me my bag!” He did, but then told me the next airport shuttle was a 45-minute wait despite it being advertised as every 30 minutes. I called an Uber. I will never book there again. 😜"

"The hotel needs updating! Hotel is in need of fresh paint and new furniture, in rooms and breakfast area! Website is misleading, there is not a Starbucks in lobby, however there is a Starbucks sign. There is not a bar area as well. "

"The room was clean and staff was friendly. We came on a very busy weekend and the rooms were over sold and overbooked. Thankfully we had a room. The location is very noisy cause it’s right next to the highway and the pool and hot tub were nice but possibly overused because the hot tub was cool and it smelled of chlorine. Breakfast was pretty good. However, the coffee could use some work. I think it was instant coffee."
