The hotel lobby vibe is very energetic and positive. The staffs are amazing and helpful. My room is on the first floor with no lift access and they help us to bring up to our room and carry it down for check out. I had an injury of my wrist and needed ice compression and they were very kind to give me the ice pack for free. However, room is slightly cramped for 2 30” luggages

Property was as describe, view was perfect, easy to find.
Very clean
AC wasn’t the best, however, we visited from the US so our AC is very cold.
We never saw the owners, they left check-in instructions. They were semi- responsive già whatsapp.
Bed is a very firm mattess.

"Hotel was probably beautiful 50 years ago. Grounds are magnificent. Hotel is dated. Staff is very nice. air conditioning does not work. Brought maintenance in twice and couldn’t fix it"
