Cosy 2-family house on a vinyard "I Briganti". 600 m from the centre of Narzole, on the outskirts, 6 km from the centre of Cherasco, 30 km from the centre of Alba, 80 km from the sea. For shared use: property 1'000 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden. Private: property 200 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn, courtyard, swimming pool (6 x 3 m, depth 110 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 22.Mar. - 05.Nov.). Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener roofed, parking (for 3 cars). Shop 600 m, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 600 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, railway station "Bra" 12 km. Golf course (18 hole) 8 km. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house.
