There was plenty of space for all of us. Most days 1 or 2 of the adults would shuttle the family to the beach and then bike up afterwards since there is no parking at the private beach. (We brought our own bikes.) Plenty of good local food spots for the times we didn’t want to cook. Hosts were responsive. Kelly Beach is a short drive, bike ride, or shuttle away and is very kid friendly. This house is comfortably cool with AC units in nearly every space, has great outdoor eating/entertaining space, and a great lounge area. The owner responds quickly to messages and even dropped items to the house when needed. There was a bit of an inconsistency in the listing because the original listing mentioned the house having Town Beach passes but they had stopped that by the time our rental actually happened. I wouldn't have canceled my reservation if I would have known but it would have been nice to have that communicated before we got there. The house has great new flooring and appliances but there were a lot of large ants when we were there. I believe the owners are aware and addressing the issue since ant traps were visible throughout the house. Overall our experience was positive and we know yours would be too! ##### Jenna P. The house has lots of space and amenities, and the owner was a great communicator. Had a few minor hiccups while we were there, but the owner was quick to respond and resolve.
