Coffee never tasted so better or a 5:00 PM cocktail with the amazing view of Beavertail lighthouse and Jamestown Bridge while relaxing on the outdoor deck relaxing with loved ones to enjoy a week or more at this amazing home . Come inside and relax on the beautiful sectional and watch a movie on the flat screen TV. Spacious, with new stainless steel appliances, fully furnished with beautiful furniture and an added bonus of an extra bedroom in finished walkout basement and full bath . All other three bedrooms are on second floor along with another full bath .Enjoy walking to Kelly beach with your family to sit and relax and enjoy the sun. Kitchen comes fully stocked for all your needs along with a very large pantry. All bedrooms come with beautiful clean comforters, pillows, mattress pads. Whether you enjoy the fresh air or closed windows with central AC you will love the cleanliness of this home and proximity to Newport, Jamestown and all the other beaches Narragansett has to offer . An added garage makes for a great place to safely bring your bikes to ride around Bonnet shores and see all the beautiful homes, and investigate the area.
    Not wanting to cook or grill on the deck, venture out to the many restaurants in the area like the Coast Guard house with its beautiful view of Narragansett Town Beach, or venture out to Matunick Oyster Bar for fresh oyster and some delicious food, or out to Newport and enjoy the many restaurants the town has to offer . If you rented the linen package, please put them in the appropriate bags provided so that the company can pick them up. Please do not put comforters. They belong to me.
Please make sure to leave Acc on for the next family. The thermostat is in the master bedroom.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

House must be left free of trash, all food out that was brought in and grill must be let clean.
quiet hrs are 10-8 AM please be considerate of others around you . No trash on property and no boats or trailer .
an extra fee will be added at a $100 per hr for not leaving on time . absolutely no animals and no smoking inside of home .
