Well-stocked kitchen. Location is extremely convenient to the Block Island Ferry, the Town Beach, and Sprague Park. There are several nearby public tennis courts, including Sprague Park (which has lights). Lee (the property manager) is very responsive. The outside property is spacious and beautiful. It does not have a washer/dryer but the owners have since removed that from the listing. The owner was responsive to our messages. There wasn't a whole lot of information about what to do with trash or check-out procedures so, hopefully, we did what needed to be done. The house is secluded but the driveway opens right to the highway so it is not convenient to walk many places and can be difficult to make a left during high traffic times.
