"Hours after we checked out, I realized i had lost a necklace that meant the world to me anf it had to be in our room. I drove the hour back to the hotel after calling and when they saw how upset I was they offered me water and then they took me back up to the room to look for it. Lucky, house keeping had not cleaned the room yet. As soon as I walked into the washroom i found it! It had slipped off of the counter onto the floor. The staff were very kind to me and tried to empathize. I was a mess.... I wouldn't have wanted to deal with me. Lol!! My necklace has not left me since. "

"My boyfriend and I chose this place to stop at on our way through from Kingston, Ontario to Revelstoke BC for relocation. We appreciated the extremely helpful, and friendly from desk staff when we arrived and left (two different staff members- both incredibly friendly and welcoming! We appreciated and loved how clean our room was. The previous Super 8 we stayed at in Ontario was filthy and smelled like smoke- this one was spotless, and smelled super fresh and clean. You could tell the amount of cleanliness and attention to detail this hotel offers. Shoutout to Shan’a (or Shania) for making our room look and feel so clean! We would absolutely recommend this to anyone who is passing through!"

"Very tough area of the city. Maybe that’s why they had more questions at check in than at other hotels. Like, the name of your roommate. If you like absolute discretion you’ll have to be less than truthful about your partner. Didn’t think it was any of the hotels business as I’m taking responsibility for the rooms payment and damage deposit. Strange in my opinion. "
