I stayed at Devú Hotel for nine nights, and it exceeded my expectations. My room was beautifully designed, quiet, and incredibly comfortable. The service throughout my stay was exceptional. A special thank you to Mateo, the manager, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. He and the entire team made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. I highly recommend Devú Hotel to anyone visiting Medellín and will absolutely stay here again on my next trip.

The staff were all fantastic. Friendly and great communication. Clean and comfortable room…excellent decor. There was a service fee of $88 for any guest. This amount seems excessive and honestly…just unnecessary. Other than that, fantastic stay.

The staff was cordial and helpful. Someone is always there at entrance of the hotel by elevators. The rooms were clean. The jacuzzi and bar on 11th floor was really clean and the staff was very friendly. Very close (within 5 min walk) to LA Provenza, a very safe tourist area, with lots of entertainment, eateries and bars. Would stay here again.
