Front desk staff were not as welcoming as expected for a supposed higher end hotel. The interior was a little old and tired. Rooms were the same as when I stayed in 2016. Our stay was wonderful, it was clean. It was convenient and the staff was extremely helpful. I am a VIP platinum member, but received no perks at all. My one complaint was breakfast was garbage! Though overall it was a beautiful place. I would highly recommend over any other place in the area.
