The reception team greeted us with genuine warmth and helpfulness, and the breakfast staff were a joy — always smiling, accommodating, and full of positive energy. The location is serene, with stunning tennis courts and what might be the most incredible pool we’ve ever swum in — large, crystal clear, and perfectly warm. Everything we needed was right on hand: a great bar, a delicious restaurant, and plenty of space to relax. Highlights included the freshly made pasta, pizza, salads, and desserts — all absolutely delicious. And the breakfast was outstanding, especially the homemade banana bread! If we could offer one small piece of advice, it would be to share more photographs on social media to showcase just how special this place is — the marvellous staff, the food, the facilities, and the tranquil setting. The route to get to the hotel was tough, too many curbs and single car roads the parking was complicated and seemed sus. Upon getting to our room, our luggage was there waiting in the room, but the hotel and room seemed like a prison. The hotel was outdated and didnt feel comfortable. They were nice enough to put a crib inside the room without us asking for our baby."
