The house is located in a quiet residential area of ​​Narbonne, so you are close from shops and the historical center.
The lovers of hiking and mountain biking are only spoiled for choice to choose a course between the shady banks of the Canal de la Robine, the steep trails of the Clape massif and the Bages ponds that are particularly fond of ornithologists .

Beach lovers can indulge in their favorite leisure on one of the 3 resorts offering immense white sand beaches : Gruissan the most lively, Narbonne Plage a little more calm and family and Leucate more picturesque and athletic. All three are located within a radius of less than 20 kms.

As for the cultural discoveries, this is a place where history has left many traces and where it is easy to visit between the Roman city of Narbonne, the medieval citadel of Carcassonne, the Romanesque abbey of Fontfroide and the surrounding Cathar castles.

All shops are within walking distance, private parking and possibly garage for 1 car, electric gate. Sorry no pets allowed.
