Kitchenette (2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: gallery with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 200 cm). Terrace 37 m2, south-east facing position. Terrace furniture. Parking. Please note: smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.
