Nice 1 bedroom apartment on the ground floor with terrace (garden furniture) in a seafront residence. 4 sleeps maxi. Allocated space parking in the residence. pets not allowed. 5 minutes walk from the beach. No heating installation.
Living room with sofabed (140x190) and ceiling fan, only french TV, kitchen (2 ceran hot plates, microwave, fridge with freezer, washing machine, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190), shower-room, separated WC.
