Ce logement est bien situé proche de la plage. Belle terrasse. Toutefois 1er étage sur rue avec beaucoup de circulation donc assez bruyant. Au niveau des équipements canapé complètement HS. La mousse est tellement vétuste que nous sommes assis par terre. La literie n est pas bonne dans la 1ere chambre, matelas beaucoup trop vieux. La literie est en très mauvais état que ce soit le matelas du lit où les ressorts se font bien sentir ou celui du convertible qui est très mou. Le verrou des WC ne fonctionne pas et le comble en été, il n'y a pas de freezer dans le frigo top. Le parasol de la terrasse était cassé alors qu'elle est en majorité en plein soleil.
