About this property

UNBEATABLE LOCATION WALK TO THE BEACH RARE!!

  • Unbeatable location. I promise you can't beat this location. Easy walk to the beach which is rare in Marco. Please note most houses in Marco you have to DRIVE to the beach and it is very hard to find public parking and expensive. I have had people tell me they love my home because of the easy walk to the beach. The home is very comfortable and nice it is 3 bedroom, 2 bath and has a private pool and 2 car garage. The home is quiet and nicely furnished. The bathrooms were both remodeled in November of 2022 and the kitchen and all kitchen appliances brand new January 2025. All new flooring January 2025 Great private pool and quick walk to beach
