Experience the Beauty of Brandy Pond at this traditional Maine summer home, complete with a cozy guest cottage – perfect for a family getaway! Take in the breathtaking views of the lake, mountains and sunsets from the living room, dining room, main bedroom, enclosed porch, patio and lawn. The level lot with scattered pine trees leads directly to the beautiful sandy beach where you can spend the day wading in the water and soaking up the sun. Explore the pond in the provided aluminum canoe, or bring a boat and venture out into the 40+ miles of boatable waterway between Brandy Pond, Long Lake, and Sebago Lake via the Songo River. The dock can hold up to a 26' boat and the mooring can hold up to a 24' boat. If you're looking for some fun activities, this property is just a short drive from shops, a golf course, restaurants, and more! Treat yourself to a memorable vacation at this lovely property!

2025 Rates: $714/night PEAK season; $450/night LOW season; $300/night OFF season
