Enjoy Old Naples charm in this one-of-a-kind, three-level townhouse in the heart of Old Naples. Quick walk to the beach, 3 blocks from Cambier Park for a round of tennis or basketball or to hear a concert. Stroll to Fifth Avenue for dinner and the theater. Dock your boat at the marina across the street. Notable features include an attached 2-car garage, 6-person golf cart with a beach parking permit, guest parking, patios to enjoy morning coffee, beach chairs and towels, yeti coolers for your enjoyment. Our townhome also has a brand new washer and dryer. There are three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, comfortably accommodating six people. We had such a great stay at this great property, perfectly located in Old Naples. The golf cart came up huge, as it was easy to scoot to the beach or to the restaurants on 5th or 3rd. The condo itself was perfect too, and had plenty of room to spread out, work remotely, read on the screened area, etc. The host was accommodating and super responsive to any questions we had. Everything you need is there. Golf Cart was a special feature! It’s a bit noisy from the airport and some traffic on 10th street but by the time we went to sleep between 9-10 PM it was quiet and sleep wasn’t disturbed. Clean and updated.
