Das Appartement und vorallem die Insel Marco Island sind super. Leider war alles eine riesen Baustelle und alles staubig und schmutzig. Die Arbeiter haben um 8.00 Uhr morgens mit lauten Maschinen angefangen zu arbeiten. Mal auf dem Balkon den Ausblick geniessen und ein Cocktail schlürfen war nervig, keine Entspannung. Das schlimmste allerdings war, dass jeder rein und raus ging mit einem Schlüssel, egal ob wir da waren oder nicht. Ich saß z.B. auf der Toilette als ich Geräusche hörte. Ich ging in den Flur und da standen zwei Arbeiter. Auf meine Frage, was sie da machen würden sagten sie, sie würden die Tür reparieren. Zwei Stunden später standen zwei Feuerwehrleute in der Wohnung und kontrollierten die Feuersicherheit, bzw. Rauchmelder. Ich saß in Unterwäsche auf dem Balkon, Kreditkarten, Geld, Smartphones, Tablet, etc. lagen auf dem Tisch, hat keinen Interessiert. Meine Frau hatte Angst alleine in dem Appartement zu bleiben, da ja jeder reinkam. Ich fuhr direkt ins Büro des Vermieters Harborview Rentals und beschwerte mich. Der Manager versprach sich zu kümmern und mit dem Besitzer zu sprechen, damit ich entschädigt würde. Nebenbei, wir waren 13 Nächte für mehr als 2100 Dollar. Es passierte nichts. In Deutschland angekommen schrieb ich erneut eine Email an Harborview Rentals, bis heute nichts. Das ist eine Bodenlose Frechheit und ich werde nie wieder dort buchen.
