  • This house has everything you could ask for! 5 minutes from the beach! Completely renovated about one year ago! Beautiful patio area with a pool! Large island in kitchen and sitting area for relaxing while cooking! 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Large spacious bedrooms, sun room off of master bedroom, and beautiful views of the pool from guest bedroom and sun room. House is absolutely beautiful and meticulously maintained! Property is in a gated community with guard gate and 24 hour surveillance. Golf available and included in the community. Beautiful golf course. House is close to everything - 5 minutes to beach, 25 minutes to downtown Naples, 5 minutes to Publix, and 15 minutes to Mercato and the Naples nightlife! This is your perfect vacation getaway retreat! Sit back and relax by the pool or take the 5 minute drive to the beach and enjoy the Southwest Florida sun!
