  • New model home, brand new house all new furniture. Pine ridge jewel offers a straight shot to the clam pass beach and many more beaches around 8 miles or 15 min straight west gets you to all high end dining and malls. Pine ridge road is very easy to navigate and offers many shops and malls close to I-75. The house includes the top unit and offers an older Florida home style rap around porch not found in newer homes .
