It was very clean with lots of linens and washer and dryer in the unit. The residents of the complex are very friendly. The bikes allowed us to explore more of the island and we truly enjoyed our stay. Wish we had stayed longer. Beds are comfortable and all appliances are new or work very well. The townhome was perfect for our family. The beds were all very comfortable, everything was clean and well furnished. My husband worked from home during the entire trip and the internet worked perfectly. This unit is in a small townhome complex with a courtyard style pool backing up to the townhomes. Walking out to the pool and hot tub is really just steps away and many times it is like having a private pool. The South Marco Beach entrance is on the same street as the townhome. It is within walking distance, however there is a parking lot where you can pay to park also.
