Great location, clean, organized and beautiful pool area. Hosts (April) always available and helpful. We were concerned about the pool filtration working correctly and she addressed it immediately. Also, clear instructions on all controls in the house and check in/out info clear and easy to follow. We plan to stay again!

The house was perfect. it has everything as described. The pool and hot tub are perfect. The communication and respond time is really good and they even came out and did a house call as we had an issue with something just to make sure everything was good. If we go back to Naples we will def be booking with them again

Lovely house and pool. Well equipped, comfortable and extremely clean. Great location, only 15-20 mins walk to the beach. Short drive to shops and restaurants. Would definitely book again.

Great Time!

We had a great week in SW Florida. April was excellent to work with and we look forward to working with her again in the future. The home was very clean and the pool was very nice also! We would higher recommend this home.

Amazing house, always look forward to returning

This property is excellent - the layout is great for families, it's always very clean when we arrive and the location (proximity to Vanderbilt Beach, restaurants and just the ability to get around Naples) is ideal. The pool and hot tub are very well maintained and booking with April is always an enjoyable experience. The neighborhood is also very nice which is a plus. This is a 5 start rental experience – we look forward to returning ever year!

Great place for family vacation!

We had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous house. Everything was as described and we felt very comfortable. The house was perfect for 4 adults and 2 children, so we enjoyed our vacation very much. Great pool, lots of beach equipment and a well stocked house with everything you need. April took fantastic care of us! Thank you very much!

Clean spacious getaway

The house was clean and exactly as depicted in the listing. Communication and check in were a breeze. I have no complaints about anything. This was my 5th time staying in Naples park and I absolutely love the area. This home ranks towards the top.

Perfect visit

We came with 3 little kiddos and I was nervous about the pool, but was pleasantly surprised with the little gate by the pool for safety. The pool and spa were fantastic and made us want to stay home the whole time. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. April was a pleasure to communicate with and went out of her way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Perfect distance to Delnor Wiggins Beach, which is an absolute must! We are already talking about our next trip to this house!

Best vacations we’ve ever had!

Thanks alot! It was the best vacation we've ever had. we felt very comfortable. The house and the area are beautiful. It was very clean and we spent a lot of time in the pool. We don't regret a cent we paid for the house. April is also a wonderful person to contact. always answers quickly and is really nice. hopefully we can come back soon!

Naples family vacation

This property was a great get away for our family. We enjoyed the warm pool and hot spa every day. As others have mentioned some of the kitchen utensils and cookware need to be replaced. We enjoy biking and brought 6 bikes and a bike trailer that needed to be stored in the garage. We were able to communicate with the property manager and received permission to rearrange the furniture that is being stored in the garage to allow room for our bikes. Overall the home is very spacious and well laid out.

Great Visit! Close, Convenient, Everything You Need!

This was a last minute decision for our family to travel to South Fl. for the week, and I'm so happy we did. I'm even more happy we chose this house. -Very Easy check-in process.-Plenty of utensils/ kitchen supplies/ pots, pans..etc. -Very, very clean!-Plenty of Towels and Linens-Location is a few minute drive to the beach-Close to a great variety of restaurants and shopping! Mercato is a must while you're visiting!-The lanai table was a fam favorite for game night outside by the pool. :) -Pool was being serviced while we were there, but we were on the go a lot so we didn't miss it, and the rest of the house made up for it. -April and Looey were so responsive, and answered every question we had within minutes. Thank you for the hospitality!!We will be back!

2nd time and plan to come again

This was our second time at this home. The home is clean, has a well stocked kitchen and contact/check in with the owner was seamless. We had our 3 kids with us, ages 7,4, and 1. The kids only needed half the beach toys that were available, and loved the pool w/ waterfalls. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a highchair and pack play available for use. We drove and parked at Delnor-Wiggins Wiggins, parking was cheapest here at 6/day and spots were always available at 10am. The home had plenty of towels for both beach and pool use, along with an Umbrella we used daily. Restaurants we enjoyed were don tequilas, Maria’s tacos, and brooks burgers. All the restaurants and stores we needed were very close and convenient. We plan to return to this home next time we travel to naples.

We booked this place last minute, and we were really impressed with how responsive the host was, communication was excellent, and they gave us a fantastic rate for our stay. The home was very clean, the neighborhood was quiet, and the location was central to everything. The screened pool and spa were a highlight, and the spa heated up quickly, which made it extra enjoyable.A couple of small things could use attention: the two bedside lamps in the primary bedroom didn’t work even after replacing the bulbs, and one of the bikes in the garage has a flat front tire that won’t hold air. Guests should also plan to bring their own body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, as well as laundry detergent or pods, since those aren’t provided.Overall, we had a relaxing stay, the property was comfortable, clean, and well-priced for Naples. With just a few updates, it could be even better, but the great communication and quiet location made it a solid choice.

Wonderful Home with Heated Pool and Hot Tub

We had a wonderful stay at the home. There were two families with 4 people in each family. 4 adults and 4 daughters between the ages of 18-20 stayed at the home. Two people stayed in each bedroom and the last 2 used a provided blowup mattress in the den. The den is not separated from the rest of the living areas with a door, but it worked! Reasonably priced home to sleep 8 with all the amenities and great location! Very clean home and the essentials were provided. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located to everything. The heated pool and hot tub made the trip so relaxing. Vanderbilt Beach is a quick trip down the road. Highly recommend this VRBO. Communication was quick and clear with the manager.
