  • Enjoy a short walk to the beach, 3rd Street Shopping, and the highly-rated Mediterrano restaurant on TripAdvisor. This recently renovated family vacation home is located in the heart of historic Old Naples. With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, it offers approximately 2,049 square feet of space and includes modern amenities such as a stainless steel refrigerator, convection double oven, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, and a full-sized washer and dryer.

    Renovations include new flooring throughout, fresh paint, new cabinets, new granite countertops, and much more!

    Accommodating up to 6 guests, the sleeping arrangements are as follows:
    - Blue Beach Room: king bed
    - Coral Seashell Room: king bed and a half bath
    - Main Bedroom: king bed with a full bathroom featuring a shower​​​​

    Additionally, there is a large, comfortable sectional couch in the living room.

    The open floor plan is perfect for multi-generational family gatherings. You can grill fresh fish on the veranda while others swim in the heated pool or relax in the family room/dining area. This pool home, with many renovated and remodeled areas, serves as a tranquil sanctuary in Naples, Florida. Once you arrive, you won't need to use your car; amazing restaurants and shopping are right at your doorstep, and the beach is only two short blocks away. Enjoy watching pelicans and dolphins from the beach. The sunset is fantastic!!
