About this property

Naples Home Centrally Located Close To Beach & Restaurants

  • Spend time with Family and Friends in the Casita after a day at the beach or enjoying the City of Naples. Casita has a screened back patio and a nicely landscaped FULLY FENCED private yard. Feel free to take the 2 bicycles provided for a morning ride around the community, to the grocery store, or to one of the many restaurants located within just half a mile from the house.

    You will be in the heart of Naples close to some of the best amenities, shopping and dining experiences. This centrally located home just east of US 41 and south of Neapolitan Way/Granada Blvd, puts you close to many public beach access points yet just a 10 minute drive to Old Naples.

    Freshly painted, furnished and decorated, the home is very clean. The Primary bedroom has a King size bed with en suite Bath, glass shower door and double sinks. The primary closet is huge, you will not have a problem finding space for all of your things. The Guest Bedroom has a Twin over Full bunk Bed and the 3rd bedroom/den has a Queen size Murphy Bed. There is a hall bathroom with tub and shower for the two guest bedrooms to share.

    The Family Room, Primary Bedroom and bunk bed room all have flat screen TVs. The Primary and Family Room TVs HULU Live, Netflix, Amazon and Disney Plus (both require your own subscription). The house has high speed internet and a security system.

    We also have a two car garage which you will have full access to.

    The community 'pool' is located about 2 miles west of the house in what we call the beautiful 'Gulf of Mexico.'
