Luxurious condo across the street from the beach!

  • This unit has been discounted greatly to account for the possibility that there could be work going on in the atrium in March or April.

    The pools are open and heated! The tennis, pickleball, bocce, and shuffleboard courts may not be open for a while. The unit is great! The beach is great! It is about a five minute walk across the street to the beach. We have everything in the unit for you to enjoy an awesome beach vacation!

You’ve chosen a vacation in paradise by coming to Bonita Springs, Florida, which Health Magazine rated the seventh healthiest beach in the United States in 2009. Select the perfect accommodations for your trip by staying at the Beach and Tennis Club, Unit 5206. This gorgeous second floor condo has been completely remodeled. From the moment you enter, you’ll feel the richness and warmth of the owners’ style and taste for quality furnishings and the details they have provided. This condo is one of a few in the complex that has its own private in-condo washer and dryer. Also included are two bikes so you can get around town and see the sights. Whether you stay for a few days, a week, or a month, you’re sure to find peace and tranquility here.
